Terms and Conditions
Children welcome. Sorry no pets. Thank you for not
smoking inside.
Payment Policy: 50% on
booking and 50% one month before check-in date or 100% on booking if
booked within a month of check-in.
Cancellation Policy: Guests can cancel free of charge up till 7
days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within
7 days before check-in date or no show.
Check-in time from 15:00 - 18:00 or after hours self check-in by
arrangement.
Self check-out time by 10:00.
Extra beds Policy: There is a camping cot/crib available for a
baby/toddler.
Breakage Policy: The guest is responsible for any
breakages/missing items which might be caused by the guests or their
friends - we are reasonable and understand accidents do happen but we
will request reimbursement if excessive (a R1000 refundable breakage
deposit is required on arrival which will be refunded one day after departure).
Cleanliness: Guests agree to keep the home reasonably clean and
tidy (an extra cleanup fee will be charged if the chalet is found to be
unreasonably untidy/ messy/ dirty/ smoking inside/ pet evidence).
Indemnity: Guests must be aware that the property is on a steep
slope and has many stairs (all with handrails) and wooden floors which
can be slippery when wet. Please take due care. Guests agree to absolve
the establishment of any responsibility for any accidents that may take
place on the property.

Specials
Single and Couple Special:
Outside of the Peak seasons Singles or Couples are
accommodated at a 33% discount (2 day minimum) on the main floor (which has the main bedroom
en-suite, the study, kitchen and living area) and the garden. The
accommodation is still let out as a unit to ensure your privacy and the
downstairs bedrooms and bathroom are thus closed off.
Weekend 3 day Special: Outside of Peak season, get your Sunday night
at half price.
